Professional/Business Experience

Diane partners with executive clients, diverse teams, and high potential executives to shift their perspectives and unlock transformation at any stage. Her passion is to support them to “break out of their box” and meet the challenges of 21st Century leadership. Her approach is built on a substantial career working across a broad industry spectrum which provides her with insight into the internal politics, challenges, and opportunities in those climates.

Diane’s coaching is built on an acquired skill set in organizational leadership, team development, and keen decision making. Through their work together, Diane’s clients make key decisions with clarity, develop resiliency, and communicate more effectively with all stakeholder groups, so that they get results they never got before.

Diane served in the demanding and high-profile role of communications director for the Tennessee Department of Commerce and Insurance. Her career track took her to American General Life and Accident Insurance Company where she managed community relations programs. Diane ended her formal career path at Vanderbilt University Medical School where she led development initiatives to achieve key fundraising goals. While every position brought its own unique challenges, Diane’s many successes could be attributed to an acquired skill set in organizational leadership, team development, and keen decision making.

As a leader who gives back, Diane was the 2016 President for the International Coach Federation Tennessee. She received coach training from the nationally recognized Hudson Institute of Coaching. She has a master’s degree from MTSU and a bachelor’s from the University of Georgia, both in Education.
